Another week of bullshit, with the only decent thing being the football in the middle of it.
The game on Tuesday came at a point when I was seriously questioning where our club is going. I still am, I have grave concerns about what our future holds. But for 90 minutes I was able to recognise the true value of what Coventry City means to me - with an attractive, technically daring, vibrant display, brimming with the style of football that will always have me cooing, and infused with self-assured local talent.

I've a right mind not to even bother with this ramble, you'd think any normal person would sack it off (especially at 12.40pm on a Saturday), but I ain't missed one since I launched the new blog, so I am compelled to say something.

The waffling is almost over. The JPT is upon us. 30,000+ fans are expected at the Ricoh this evening, the vast majority desperately hoping to see the Sky Blues take a giant leap towards the Wembley final.
We're taking this seriously. Scarfs, hashtags, videos, "get there early", delayed podcasts. Everything's revolving around this game, and I feel no shame as a supporter of a team that's had absolutely no fathomable success for 25 years in saying: this competition means a lot. Everyone best be prepared.
Including Crewe.
